Manapo's room

On the 11th floor of a stunning apartment building in Rosebank - walking distance to the mall and the Gautrain Station. The living room has a great balcony view.

The office space pictured will be the room you will occupy, of course, all the furniture in that room will be cleared out upon your arrival. I have attached images of the room completely empty (apologies for the super janky panorama). The room is 3m x 3m big. The bedrooms are kind of the same size, the only difference is the windows and the subsequent view and amount of light which has been accounted for in your rental cost. Serious applicants can contact me to view the top-down layout of the apartment.

Rent includes wifi, water and prepaid electricity (unless we use more than what I have budgeted) and a cleaning service once a week. The building has generators which means no load shedding 💡

If you are interested, please do let me know if you have furniture/appliances that you are looking to bring into the common space (specifically: fridge, washing machines, furniture). Some of the furniture in the common area will be removed and replaced as a result of my current roomie moving out.
