• Dishwasher (it’s brand new)
• Double door fridge (it’s brand new)
• 2 parking garage
• Free indoor gym membership (gym recently opened - so new equipments as well)

The complex is 5 mins walk to the Modderfontein Reserve and Fourways Farmers Market. It’s also 10 mins drive to Sandton, Waterfall and OR Tambo International Airport.

You can share - 2 individuals/couples - R6,000 each individual/couples (total must be R12,000 for the entire unit).
