I have a comfortable furnished room in a nice area. The room is available for a working Professional, preferably a visiting/travelling person. The room is in good condition, beautiful with pressed ceiling and wooden floors. A double bed, wall cupboard with shelves, a bedside drawer. It is big enough and airy with lots of window light that makes it cosy. The rent includes rates and taxes, there is a prepaid electricity meter to share. Lots of parking space and lock up garage also included. The rent is R6 000. Extra charge R1 000(negotiable) for lock up garage. The area is quiet, accessible to highways, close to Eastgate and Bedford malls. It takes 15minutes to Sandton and OR Tambo airpot. Plenty of public transport.

I live in the house, my son is grown up and has moved out. I am a film/art scholar and I travel doing research and teaching. I have my room and study. You will have free access to the living room and a big enough kitchen. There is also a serene garden. I am sociable but need quiet time at times. I prefer someone who goes out daytime. If you are a non smoker, a considerate tidy person who loves quiet life, get in touch. Postgrad students are welcomed. I am available to meet in person or do video viewing.
