I live in a really love and secure complex very close to Norman Henshilwood High School and Victoria Hospital in Wynberg. I have a spare room to rent out. It isnt very large and can only fit a single bed and a bookshelf or desk in it but it does have BIC’s. You would also have access to your own bathroom which has a toilet, bath and sink. It isnt however an ensuite but right next to the room. You would have full access to the lounge, fully equipped kitchen and the little garden.

I am 44 and of sober habits, a single mom of two beautiful boys aged 9 and 14 who I share with their dad so they are only with me 50% of the time and then the rest of the time it would just be me and my pets who are very well behaved.
