I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for 6 months. It is a shared apartment with one other person (she is a postgraduate student), in walking distance to UCT Campus (12 minutes to Middle Campus) in Rosebank in a very secure street. The room comes furnished (bed, desk, built-in cupboards). The apartment is fully furnished as well. The rent is R 6000 per month and includes WiFi and water.
About the roomies
I am moving out since I want to live closer to my friends, who are all living in the City Centre. My flatmate is a lovely person, it is really chilled to live with her.
