The kitchen comes equipped with everything ranging from cutlery and plates to an air fryer and pots/pans. The flat also comes with a TV and couch along with a nice view of a mountain. It is a very secure complex with 24/7 security and an access card is required to enter the building. There is a pool and brail areas to socialise and have fun. The flat comes with wifi. Since a previous tenant is paying for it, she asks if the new roommates can pay her upfront for the use of wifi. Since it is spoit three ways, it is a very good deal. I only know one of the two roommates but she is a bright and kind UCT student who is very respectful of personal space but loves to mingle and have fun ) The flat has always been filled with nice vibes.
