Ideal for medical personel/UCT Med students, as it is right across the road from Groote Schuur Hospital as well as the UCT Private academic Hospital. Being a block above Lower Main Road, our place is in the heart of trendy Obs. The apartment building is cozy, homey, and small (only two floors and 14 flats). I am looking for a roommate to share my lovely, sun-soaked two-bedroom flat with. There is undercover parking, a very helpful building manager on site 7 days a week, very friendly and thoughtful neighbours and it’s only a 7-minute drive to the Waterfront (10 minutes in peak traffic). There are two lovely Spars, a Clicks, Postnet, PNA and a Pick and Pay within walking distance, and the attractions in Lower Main Road supply endless entertainment and delicious food. The apartment itself is very neat and tidy with a gorgeously sunny lounge with an L-shaped couch and large TV, and a breakfast counter in the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge, hob and stove, washing machine, microwave). The bathroom is very nice and spacious with ample storage space. The available room has been furnished with a brand new bed and mattress as well as a new wooden desk and bookshelf. The wardrobe is huge, with a double door hanging closet with overhead storage and a double door shelved closet (as seen in pictures). The monthly rent includes the water, electricity and wifi bills.

I am a full-time student at the Waterfront Theatre School so I spend the majority of my time at the college, rehearsing. I am looking for a committed working professional or student to share my little home in Cape Town with. I have two beautiful, friendly and well behaved kittens, Velma and Ginger. They are hypoallergenic (even I don’t sneeze, and I’m allergic!) and have been taught to avoid the second bedroom (yours). The building is occupied by working professionals of all industries and we are all quiet and respectful of our varying work schedules.
