The apartment is on 12 Phillips Rd, Rondebosch. This is walking distance from the Tugwell jammie stop and local shops. It is a street from main road, which provides access to public transport aswell. The apartment has two rooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fridge and washing machine.

There is a third year UCT student (male) in one of the rooms. He is graduating this and is looking for someone who is respectful and well mannered. The deposit may be negotiated as one of the tenants is moving out to stay with family for personal reasons
