Good day everyone, I have a property available for 3 of us, I had other people banding with me but they dropped Me the property is in ferndale , the rent is 13k with rawson agency which will be split in 3 ways, I will be using the cottage for work for which I can also use to pay more of the rent than the other 2 people, I have time till month end to come up with all of this, if you interested in banding together, I have 1 cat and 1 small dog, non smoker but smokers are welcome, all ages welcome and all genders welcome, contact Me if interested
