Candice's room

I have a lovely, semi-furnished room with built-in cupboards available in the quiet leafy suburbs of Upper Wynberg. The apartment block is a secure development, has easy access to the M3 and Main Road, and is close to Constantia Village Shopping Centre & Constantia Virgin Active.

The apartment is cosy, with a juliette balcony overlooking the hills of the suburb. It has an oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The communal area in the apartment consists of a lounge and kitchen and we will have to share a single bathroom - a shower, no bath.

One secure parking bay is allocated per unit behind remote-controlled access gates, but there are visitors parking indoors and off-street outside the apartment. This come as a first-come, first-serve.

The development also has a communal area that consists of a laundry room - a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an undercover braai area.

I’m a fun-loving working professional who works at home 3 days a week (2 days in office). I am a private person who likes her “me” time, but I also have long moments of extroversion. I go to the gym, and hang out with friends (almost never at my place) but spend most days of summer on the beach and winter, watching movies and chilling. I try to be as neat as possible, especially in communal areas and hygiene is very important to me. It would be great to find a flatmate to live with, someone who is respectful, self-aware, and considerate with a good work ethic. If this sounds like something for you, please give me a holla!
