Felix's room

Hi all. I am looking for a lovely and chill (or interestingly unchill but sufficiently stable) tenant and housemate from 30 June. The place is a farmstyle property that gives a countryside feel whilst in Kensington, with a big old garden that is being restored and used for veggies and other things. It is a very airy yet compact house built in 2011 with 2 bedrooms (of which I occupy one) and 1 bathroom. Rental of R5600 may be slightly negotiable depending on our discussion. It includes room, lights and water, uncapped wifi, waste removal, cleaning and laundry, ADT response, washing machine, fridge and stove/oven, communal kitchen, bathroom and lounge, and the garden. The deposit is 1 month’s rent. It is super centrally located close to Eastgate, Maboneng, and the CBD. The room is partially furnished, it needs a bed and storage (cupboard), I am happy to arrange the storage if you can bring the bed as I have just moved in and am sorting things out. There are 3 cats are in residence (Buffy and two very sweet kittens who have adopted the place). Work from homers or work from office-ers both welcome. There is a carport for an extra car (I am just fixing the garage door) I love cooking for peeps so may do that occasionally if we like. I definitely need my housemate to be either a queer human or an ally.

I am a trans (nonbinary) person who loves the following things, even if I don’t always have or put in so much time: gardening, drawing, reading, endless series, my fam who live nearby up the road, and memelording. Also other things.
