We’ve just installed an inverter and batteries for the house so we aren’t impacted by loadsheding. There’s also a generator if all else fails.

Currently two bedrooms upstairs are empty but we only want to rent out one - we’d like to set up the second bedroom as a guest room. You could potentially use the second room as a private office.

Bathroom has a massive bath, a shower, and toilet. Both available bedrooms open up to a large balcony overlooking the garden.

Fiber is included (100 Mbps uncapped) as well as electricity, water, and a domestic that comes once a week. The house is furnished although the bedroom is not. The shared tv room has multiple gaming consoles and a smart tv. The kitchen is equiped with a double oven, a stove, a single plate induction stove, airfryer, coffee machine, bread maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and nutribullet. Garage for tenant to park in - can be locked if you request it to be set up for locking. The property has about 20 shaded parkings available for guests.

A fenced off garden is attached to the house with a massive field behind it. There are granadillas, avos, peaches, plums, lemons, pomegranate, and walnuts grown on the property. We’ve also started a little veggie garden. The property is massive, which makes it ideal for jogging or cycling a bit.

The gardener lives on the property in a guardhouse by the front gate and tends the garden once a week. He’s wonderful with getting packages etc if you’re out. Our domestic and handyman live in a cottage close to the house. The domestic is lovely and cleans the house once a week. She will also do your laundry if you ask. The handyman is typically available Monday - Saturday for any issues you might have. There is a laundry room on the property with a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a set of two gates at the entrance for the property as well as a security gate for the house. We are directly across the road from an estate with security and there are security cars that patrol the area. There has not been a break-in since the current owners bought the property (10+ years).

10 minutes away from two shopping centers with doctors offices and a virgin active, and a block away from a cross-fit gym. 15 minutes away from a large shopping center with Putt-Putt, rollerblading, go karts, movies etc. Also close to numerous parks and a market.

There is storage space available on the property if you have furniture you’d rather keep in storage.

Two ladies currently stay in the house and work from home. Ideally we’re looking for someone between the ages of 18 to 35 to rent with or without their partner. Unfortunately we won’t consider a male housemate unless he’s part of a plus one setup. House is typically quiet. Four dogs currently on the property - two Jack Russells and two large mixed breed. All the dogs love people. The property is shared with three other houses and a quiet office space (it is a plot).
