About the room

This is a brand new townhouse complex situated next to the CPUT university in Cape Town. This is not the Woodstock area that Google Maps seem to direct potential roomies too. Rent is set at R5500 which includes wifi and water but excludes prepaid electricity which will be shared between two. You will have access to the entire house. There is a designated parking area. Feel free to come out and see this safe space for yourself.

About the roomies

This is a two bedroom apartment and so it will only be shared by two. We have got a full time student from Durban studying in Green Point at this stage.
