About the room
Stay in this fully furnished communal house in Observatory, suitable for students, interns and working professionals. The cost is R4200 per room per month with WIFI also included. Bedrooms are fitted with twin/double bed, bedding, desk & chair. Communal open plan kitchen/lounge, dining room. Kitchen contains stove/oven, microwave, washing machine and fridges. Outside entertainment area with built in braai. Communal showers and toilets. Each tenant contributes approximately R350 towards electricity per month and the water bill gets split equally between tenants and is billed monthly. House is within walking distance from the train station, bus stops, Groote Schuur hospital, Spar, coffee shops & restaurants. Available immediately, one month’s rent and deposit required upon moving in.
About the roomies
We currently have 4 working professionals staying in the house, we are also open to accommodating students and interns.
