Hello!

Come share my 3bed, 2bath spacious home with me. Melrose, closer to Rosebank Mall (2blocks walk). Hidden gem. Pet friendly (dogs preferred- my rescue likes to chase cats. They’re always running for their lives but my dog thinks it’s fun.) Only looking for 1 housemate, please.

Full lounge, full dining room, 4 sunroofs and lots of light coming in. You get your own bathroom with shower, bathtub and loo. There’s a study and the spare room is currently just a yoga/fitness/laundry room. Massive kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, and other perks. Gas fireplace. Double garage. Your room has fitted wardrobes and can fit a king bed. Your area is private as it’s at the back/end of the house next to the full bathroom.

The area is glittered with jacarandas and other trees, is a short walk from local parks, malls and coffee shops and has patrolling security every hour to second hour of the day and night. Lots of security cameras in the area as well. Can bring your own furniture or use all of mine- no stress.

Can be flexible for a single mum and negotiate fee for second room for the kid.

I have deliberately excluded pics of my home but I am happy to share on request (sorry if it’s a pain- I’m a private person).
