3Bedroom, 2Bathroom, 2Parking apartment with beautiful view over Victoria Lake. Apartment is fully furnished except for your private room. There are two bathrooms available to use between 3 people. Your private room (4m×8m) have build in cupboards as well as extra storage place in the hallway. Your room is able to fit a double bed but a 3/4bed is recommended. You will be responsible for your own room furniture as well as decor. Rent includes all basics covering laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, foods & drinks, water & electricity etc.
The complex is very safe with 24/7 security on duty as well as under cover parking, swimming pool and tennis court. Across the street (walking distance) is Virgin Active and few spaza shops.

The Apartment will be shared with myself (25) White Female and my current flatmate & colleague (24) Coloured Male. We are Afrikaans speaking peoples both with very high-quality and professional jobs that requires a lot of our commitment
