Located on Kloof Street within walking distance to Checkers in a secure block in Gardens Cape Town. We have a two bedroom apartment to share. One for the Owner and one for the guest. There is a large balcony with plenty of plant life and a beautiful view to enjoy. A open plan lounge/dining room to share with a TV plus uncapped internet/high speed and electricity included in the price. A bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin and loo. Kitchen with cooking facilities and fully furnished. Your own bedroom with a single bed, built in cupboard and desk. Suitable for a student or single person to share with a single older male whom is a professor and one friendly cat. Price is per month and available long or short term at the monthly rate.

Single older male in early 60’s whom teachers English, chatty and loves his cat! Has a quirky sense of humour and enjoys reading and collecting airplane models. Previous room mates have been oversees students who come to South Africa to study English. Welcomes all people from life as long as they are honest, clean living, friendly and also like cats. Works some days at a school and other days from home doing computer based teaching to students overseas. Enjoys the outdoors but not a gym fanatic. Does not drink but doesn’t mind house guests who drink in moderation or the occasional drink. Age is relative as long as the sharing party does not keep late hours in terms of going out to party. Enjoys other peoples company and cooking although not an artisan, does not do too badly in the kitchen arena!
