The 2nd bedroom (which is available) is currently my study, that I never use. The room is big enough for a double bed and a desk. Floor to ceiling & wall to wall glass windows, with blinds already installed. High ceilings. 3 large cupboards, with 3 small cupboard doors above. Parquet floors.

There is a shared bathroom (bath & shower) with a basin and toilet. A separate 2nd toilet.

Large 50’s 2-bedroom apartment, with an open-plan dining/lounge area. No TV currently, but I prefer it that way. Old-fashioned kitchen. A long thin balcony runs the length of the apartment with access doors from the lounge and my bedroom. Its a wide peaceful view across green trees all the way to Kyalami. For Joburg, its a great view.

Very high-speed fibre internet, with a wifi mesh system giving great coverage all over. There is a router battery so we still have internet during load shedding.

The neighbourhood is beautiful, well maintained and safe. We are very close to Vega (550m) and Jan Smuts Ave (650m).

Its just myself and Greg the Chihuahua. Occasionally my partner is around, but he lives, studies & works elsewhere.

Im a workaholic freelance photographer and eatery owner. I work crazy hours, so often leave very early or arrive late, but Im very quiet and considerate. Sometimes I’ll spend the whole day at home and other days I’ll be travelling and away for days at a time(mostly work trips). I have no routine. Im crazy about nature, plants and travelling. Drink on the occasion, but prefer a puff in the evening before working on my laptop at the dining room table or going to bed.

Greg is a 12 year old rescue Chihuahua. He is very quiet (he literally cannot bark) and only stays in the lounge area or in his bed in my room. (He has issues with different floors and is unable to walk around the rest of the apartment. Such a wierdo.) He’s very sweet, very small and just the cutest little guy. Most of the time, if he isn’t out with me, he sleeps the day away. Everybody loves Greg.
