Large room with lots of built-in cupboards in a house with old-world charm available for a working professional or academically-oriented student. My housemate will have the room to him/herself. Space for a large bed and a desk in the room, with own en-suite bathroom (shower and bath) overlooking the garden. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Excellent security with alarm, armed-response and outside beams, in a boomed-off security village. Rest of the house is fully furnished. Available only until end of 2022. Close to Tuks.

I am a 42 year-old lecturer at Tuks, a social introvert, free thinker and academic. I prefer a clean, quietish house and don’t do loud parties, but I also aren’t fastidious about it (it is a quiet respectful area in which the house is located). Friends visiting are more than welcome. I rented this house thinking a friend would move in with me to cover the rent, but this person left for elsewhere. It is important for me to live comfortably with a housemate, so we will need to interview each other first!
