Furnished, private room to rent in 3 bedroom apartment, located in upper Woodstock, central to universities. Walking distance from myciti and taxi’s, and close to Woodstock favourites like Salisbury Deli and District Cafe. Lock up and go, includes bills, electricity and WiFi. Has a double bed, pillows, wardrobe, desk and chair, and includes use of washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Communal areas are the kitchen and bathroom, which each have allocated cupboard space.

I live with my boyfriend in the apartment. He is a BA psychology student, and I’m a BTech graduate who works. We also have one other flatmate. We are respectful of other peoples space, friendly and quiet, and love books, food, music and art.
