Greenstone Drive

I have a room opening up in my apartment as my roommate is planning to go overseas.

It’s a lovely two bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. It’s on the ground floor with a private garden. It’s 90% furnished, I am a first time owner so I have been buying things slowly!

It’s great because Greenstone is an up and coming area and I find it to be very central. The complex has a gym, squash court and a pool. There’s also a few shopping malls up the road and a virgin active!

As women it’s important to be safe, so being in a complex definitely gives you that security.

I have a domestic that comes once a week, as well as uncapped wifi. The rental excludes this as well as water and electricity.

I’m a very friendly and easy going person. I like to keep the place tidy especially in common living areas. I am happy to do my own thing and not be too much in anyone’s business.

I would prefer a female in her 20s as a roommate as we would be sharing a bathroom - so being comfortable with each other is super important for me. I also have a lovely big group of friends that she could integrate into!

Currently things work very well for my roommate and I, but she sadly wants to go overseas!

I do have cats, so additional pets wouldn’t be on the table.
