The apartment is in an extremely secure complex where access is controlled via fingerprints. The complex includes its own well-equipped gym that is free to use, and has excellent 100 MB, uncapped, unshaped fibre.

I bought the apartment with my brother who has since moved to the Netherlands after getting an unexpected job offer.

The bedroom is unfurnished, except for his luxurious double bed, which he couldn’t bring himself to sell. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine and dishwasher.

There is also a domestic worker that comes in once a week, and you are not expected to contribute to her salary.

I’m a quiet, friendly 34 year old software developer, that’s working completely remotely from an office in the 3 bedroom apartment that I bought with my brother.

However, now that he has emigrated, I’m looking to rent out his old bedroom to someone that can respect my need for silence during working hours, but otherwise enjoys getting drawn into a good conversation every now and then, and can tolerate an extremely polite kitty
