This is a spacious studio apartment on the 3rd floor, very safe with security cameras and access code, centrally located and friendly neighbours. The view is also great, with a balcony, fully furnished, wifi, washing machine and fridge.

The room is open plan so, when you’re accepted there will be a screen up to divide the room from other parts of the apartment.

I am a teacher living by myself, looking for a female to share my apartment with, the apartment is not pet friendly and is located in a Killarney very close to the Killarney mall and surrounding areas. The apartment is a clean and tidy environment, the bathroom and toilet will be shared as well as the kitchen.
