The flat has a double bed, desk and cupboard in the living space., with a shower in the bathroom. The kitchen area had a small bar fridge, counter top oven and stove, microwave and crockery and cutlery. There will be once a week cleaning service that includes clean bed linen and towels. . The space is ideal for a professional or student. Preferably a female. No parking but close to a main road, with easy access to UJ and Wits.. A few minute walk to Westdene Dam, close to Melville, Campus Square and Randsteam and the newly opened local Emzini. The property is secure, in a lovely street in Westdene. There is a pool that can be used. The cost includes wifi, electricity and water and a once a week cleaning service.

A professional that works from home, a young person , two small dogs and a lazy cat. The cottage is separate from the house.
