Private room to rent in a large newly renovated apartment with modern finishes and large garden in upmarket Greenstone area. The apartment is in a complex situated in an estate so security is top notch (tag access changing to palm scanners shortly). Pool and clubhouse (with a jacuzzi). Play area because who doesn’t like to swing Pet friendly, there is a cat on the premises so unfortunately no dogs. My cat plays fetch though, good enough? Built in cupboards and a bed available if needed. Helper once a week. Fully equipped kitchen, Fibre and Netflix. Shared storage facility available on site if required at R300 extra. Covered parking.

I currently occupy the main bedroom with my cat Boy George (who is female but that’s a whole story on its own). I also have 2 outdoor bunnies, strange creatures, keep to themselves but very interesting to watch and even more fun to hold. I am a neat person, very friendly and outgoing. I love house plants! I love the outdoors and I am always down for a hike. I’m looking for a person to split costs and share this beautiful space with.
