The second bedroom with its own bathroom is on offer with the rest of the apartment shared.

Very convenient location with a PicknPay and a Gym in the building and the UCT Jammie bus stop is 1 block away.

The apartment block has 24-hour manned security.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge is also fully furnished with a 50-inch TV.

The bedroom on offer has built-in cupboards, a desk, and a bedside table. All you will need to have is your own bed and linen as well as bath towels and a desk chair. There is space for a double bed.

The rent includes: • 30/30 uncapped fiber internet as well as shared access to a printer. • A great housekeeper who will come twice a week to clean the apartment as well as do the ironing. • Water.

The undercover parking bay is available for an additional fee. It is in a restricted-access part of the parking and is in the center of the building making it well protected.
