A large on-suite bedroom is available to rent in a large shared house across the road from Emmarentia Dam.

The rooms has a view over the dam, Parket floors and a walk-in closet.

A short walk from the beautiful Emmarentia park.

The house is a bit old, but it’s neat and clean and we have maintenance budget to spend on certain upgrades - the room is currently being repainted.

Rent is R 8,800 per month and includes WiFi, full time domestic helper and gardener. Smaller rooms also available for between R 5,500 and R 7,500.

Non-smokers only please.

There are canoes and a stand-up paddle board which you can borrow - the dam is literally across the road. It’s beautiful to be out there at golden-hour when the sun is setting.

Currently there are two of us - both guys - one engineer and one management consultant.

Both neat/clean and considerate humans to live with.

Interests include mountain biking, rock climbing, running, adventure races.

Our domestic helper is lovely and trustworthy and lives in a separate building on the property. The gardener lives next door. There is also a dog with a sweet nature who lives next door, but spends most of his time here. There is always somebody around, making it a safe place to live.
