Vincent's room

Fellside, a quiet, tree filled, boomed off suburb, next to Norwood, and near the Houghton Hotel and golf course. The house is nearly 100 years old, with Oregon wood floors and pressed ceilings. The room will be furnished, with its own on suite bathroom and kitchenette. Has a small private garden area. Pets are welcome, as I do not have any.

I am divorced, in my mid 50’s, and a Consultant. Have studied both Interior and Industrial Design, Marketing and Business. My sons (10 &15) with me every second weekend. I travel a week every month into Africa. Fit and disciplined, do karate, yoga, Pilates, gym and cycle. Very creative, and restore a variety of items from furniture to books, Vespa’s etc. Environmentally and faith conscious. Easy going, friendly, and have a great sense of humor, and speak Afrikaans extremely well though I am English. Looking for a Housemate, though room is private enough to be a flatlet, who is also tidy, considerate and professional.
