Singles only, no children or pets. This is the perfect place for either busy students or busy business people who need everything at home to be taken care of for them so they can arrive home and relax.

Two Furnished 1 bedroom cottages with bathrooms en suite in Kensington, and one smaller furnished room sharing a bathroom. The shared kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. Outside chill area, off-street parking. Just bring your bedding and clothes and move in!

DSTV (Watch on your laptop) Wi-Fi 50Mbps. up and download speeds uncapped . Rooms cleaned every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, kitchen, and bathrooms cleaned daily, dishes washed for you. One load of washing per week folded (no ironing) R50 per load thereafter. Gas heaters in each room gas bottles for your own expense we supply - you don’t have to go and fetch it :)

Large and medium-size rooms R 4,500 per month for singles, or they can be shared by two people at R3,000 each per month. Small room for one person only, R 3,000 per month Prices include all of the above and water and electricity.

There is one large room and one small room that share a bathroom, one medium-sized room with own bathroom-en-suite - bathrooms all have showers.

OPTIONAL for the REALLY busy person: Daily home-cooked meals available on request

Centrally located near Eastgate Shopping Center, close to OR Tambo and all main highways 10 minutes from Johannesburg CBD.

I am a female musician and entrepreneur and I work from home. I love mixing with and helping people and I have been active in my community since I moved here in 2003. I have a housemate who is an ex-musician and recording engineer who also works from home and he is more of a loner and keeps to himself. We have two people who have just left after living here for 6 years to go and live in Europe with family. We are easygoing and respect each other’s privacy and sometimes we come together to braai or just chat. I don’t mind picking up groceries for the housemates when I go shopping and I know all the best places in the area. We have always had a peaceful little community here and we all know each other on our street. This is a very friendly suburb with a cafe and chemist across the road from our house, a family Pick n Pay 4 blocks away and lots of restaurants, three big shopping centers just 12 blocks away and all the other amenities one could want. Local Cinemas, sports clubs - Tennis and Bowls that also have their own pubs with very inexpensive pub meals, and a swimming club and a few gyms in the area.
