Bianca's room

Large, light-filled apartment nestled in the heart of Sea Point with fantastic views of the surrounding area (and sunsets)! This space is perfect for anyone seeking a comfortable and secure place to call home!

The apartment is large and fully furnished and has a comfy cosy vibe!

The Room: currently equipped with a single bed and large, built in wardrobes. You are more than welcome to use the bed however if you have your own, I will gladly move the single bed out!

The Bathroom: there are two bathrooms (one with a toilet and the other with a toilet and shower), plenty of storage space and best of all plenty of hot water!

Bills: internet and water (within a fair usage policy) are included but electricity will be shared. I also currently employ a wonderful housekeeper who charges a rate of R300 per week to clean and do laundry.

Hi! Bianca and Holly (the cat) here! I am a hardworking professional who moved to Cape Town nearly a year ago! I love living in Sea Point but I am now looking for someone to share my space with!

I am a kind and considerate person who has lived with housemates before. I am more of a homebody who enjoys coming home after work to cuddle up with Holly & watch a great series but also love a chat over a glass of great wine or two!
