This apartment is right in the heart of Sea Point in a very quiet complex with a great view. The room available currently has a single bed in it but I can gladly move that out if needed. Your room will be private. There are 1.5 bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, the other with a toilet only). My home is fully furnished with all appliances as well. This space is perfect for someone looking for a quiet space to study or retreat to from a long day at work. I should be upfront in stating that our body corporate is very strict on noise levels so this listing isn’t suitable for the noisy or parties after a night out.
