The room is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to decorate and furnish it to your own taste. It’s situated in a shared house in Woodstock, Cape Town, with a comfortable, homely atmosphere. You’ll be sharing the house with me, and we’ll both have our own private bedrooms while sharing the communal living spaces. I’m hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable place to call home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

A little bit about me: I’m a non-smoker, naturally quiet and easygoing. I enjoy a peaceful, clean and comfortable living environment and would love to share the space with someone who appreciates the same.

I’ll also be getting a little cat in the next few weeks 🐈, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living with a cat and aren’t allergic.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is friendly, considerate, tidy and respectful of each other’s privacy and personal space. I’m all for having a chat, sharing a laugh and occasionally spending time together, but I also appreciate having our own routines and downtime.
