I am looking for someone who can continue with my existing lease agreement until the end of February 2027. However, if preferred and agreed upon with the landlord, there may also be an option to enter into a new lease agreement.

Regarding viewings and applications:

Since I am the current tenant, you can communicate directly with me to arrange a viewing. However, please note that I do not handle rental applications or make decisions regarding tenant approvals. All formal applications, documentation and final arrangements will need to be handled directly with the landlord.

Normally, the landlord would expect prospective tenants to follow their application procedure. However, I am happy to arrange a viewing before you submit an application so that you can first see the property and decide whether it is suitable for you. I believe this will save both of us time and avoid unnecessary applications if you are not interested in the property.

I am available for viewings at any time until 19:30. Please let me know when you would be available, and we can arrange a suitable time.
