Hi! I’m mars, a student going into their second year of financial accounting studies at UCT, and your potential flatmate! If you’re a student at UCT you’ll be happy to know that this flat is situated about a 7 minute walk away from the hiddingh art campus (where you can grab a shuttle) and many myciti bus stops. The flat is also just off kloof street, far enough so the area is quite but within walkable distance to all sorts of shops, restaurants and more.There is a shared garden space where the resident cat mevrou wanders and lounges around. Common areas are furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, but the spaces we share are open for you to add your touch to!

Please note: Water is included Electricity and WiFi is split 50/50 Your room is unfurnished but basic furniture can be arranged if necessary Cats and dogs are allowed but cats may not be free roam and dogs must be on leashes when outside

I’ll be your only flatmate. I’m a crafty person at heart who loves to sew, embroider and more! I appreciate my own space but I’m generally keen for a chat, game of cards or a drink. I’m not at the flat much in the day as I’m either on campus in class or at the studio where I work. I’m clean, considerate, adaptable and I’d consider myself a pretty good flatmate. My current flatmate is moving to Germany to continue his studies but we have had no issues while living together. I’m super keen to meet if you’re interested in the room and want to hear more!
