About the room

This is a loft bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, it’s in Barbeque Downs Midrand which is a 6min drive to Waterfall corner , Kyalami on Main shopping center , Chilli Lane is close by , Rivonia, Morninglen, etc I am looking for a single working professional who enjoys beautiful spaces .. the room is very big with a large balcony for relaxation… I require someone who is clean , we are sharing the bathroom which is downstairs…. You will enjoy beautiful views once you step out to the bedroom balcony

Please note I am a single mom … So it’s very important that the person is okay with this .. I am a clean person and most importantly very private … The loft has no door but has. Space for the door , the challenge is the walls are very to find a suitable door. There is a safety baby Gate which still gives you privacy to the room .

Let me know if you are interested so we can arrange viewing.

About the roomies

I am single mom , I have a 3 year old daughter, she’s very respectful, and stays in her own space…

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
