About the room

Spacious room with ample cupboard space. Own bathroom (shower, no bath). Communal areas: kitchen, laundry, dining room, patio, large garden. Utilities included.

In photos, one single and one 3/4 bed to give you an idea of the space.

Short term lease for 6 months… Reapplication for long term can be considered.

The room is upstairs with a very high thatch roof.

My mother-in-law occupied the room, so please excuse the current decor.

About the roomies

Currently 2 couples and one child every 2nd week staying in the house. Both very professional and decent couples. We are friendly and considerate at all times. The property is large enough that we are not in each other’s space. We respect privacy a lot. We share the kitchen area majority of the time.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
