Positioned on a quiet private road at the foot of Table Mountain, this room is a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the city. It is the perfect balance of nature, calm, and convenience.

Just minutes walking distance from Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and Kloof Street, you’ll have some of Cape Town’s best hiking trails, cafés, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate, and quiet working professional who will enjoy and respect this lovely home. Ideally a long term tenant who can take on the lease until end of May (end of lease term).

The room is available from around the 5th November as the current tenant just needs a few extra days to move out (they are moving overseas so a lot to organise). There is also the potential option to purchase a queen bed and base from them.

Our house is a very calm space - everyone here really respects the home and each other. We feel really lucky to live in such a spacious house that overlooks the city, Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. We are all working professionals with different schedules so you’ll find on someday we have time to engage about our days, share meals and sit down for a cup of tea and other time it can be like ships in the night. It’s a nice balance if you’re looking for some wholesome engagement while also having the space to retreat into your own world. We have keen runners, some yogis, some climbers and some coffee enthusiasts. Hybrid workers so people are in and out at different times of the day, but the dogs will keep you company if you want them to!
