The room is sunny, private at the end of the passage in my apartment. It offers a new double base bed, bookcase, side table+ lamp, laundry basket, refuse bin rugs on the floor and double door BIC’s. Part of the rental contract is that the room gets cleaned once a week {fresh linen is put on your bed} and your laundry is done {no ironing} once a week as well. Rental R9900 pm -R2000 deposit secures the room as it’s only available from the 1st of November 2026- Free WIFI, DSTv full use of all amenities within the apartment. Fully kitted kitchen. No smoking permitted in my apartment only in the garden area downstairs. No sharing of the room.

The complex offers 2 modern lifts, CCTv,24/7 security, lovely managed gardens and an awesome pool for those hot summer days. In walking distance to the Waterfront, Green Point Stadium on the fan walk. Close to coffee shops The Virgin Active gym, supermarkets etc. Located close to the my Citi bus stop and on the taxi/urber routes. Very safe area it has CCID and regular police patrols in the area. The room will suite only Male candidates please. Suit a full-time MALE employed person, LGBTQ+friendly, A businessman or student studying locally or from overseas.
