Spacious, sunlit loft room available. Featuring charming sloped ceilings, modern light-wood laminate flooring, and generous built-in cupboard space. The room is currently furnished with a bed, chair, and table and includes a private en-suite bathroom complete with a full bathtub, pedestal sink, and toilet. The rest of the house offers a shared kitchen and living space with a balcony that has a fireplace.
You’ll share the apartment with a welcoming, diverse group of people of varying ages. We take pride in keeping our shared spaces clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everyone in the house maintains sober habits, making the home a peaceful, relaxed, drama-free place to unwind. We are looking for a like-minded roommate who values a quiet, respectful, and clean living space.
