It’s a shared space with a small private room. Built in cupboards are included and can be furnished with a bed and bedding if that’s desired. Water, electricity and WIFI are included. It’s close to public transport, trains and taxis. Muizenberg, St. James and Fish Hoek Beaches are a train ride away. It’s a lovely space.

I think we’re just cool. We’re self-employed. And sometimes we work night shifts at home. We love the outdoors, we are friendly, kind and considerate people. We also want a roomie with the awareness and the importance of being accountable and responsible for their own financial obligations. Rent must the be paid on time without any hassles or sob stories. We value privacy. Children of the tenant are welcome to visit when arrangements have been made and clearly understood. Visitors are welcome provided they respect curfews and prior arrangements and to follow them. All of this can be discussed. Everyone needs to follow proper social conduct and respect each other. And for an additional fee, meals can be included too. Unfortunately we are smokers. Short Term rental of 1 to 3 months in order to establish amicable relations. Thank you
