We have a room available in our house share. We run our business from the home (internet). We are two male residents with an extra furnished room available. The location is really one that is difficult to match. Located near the BP filling station on the way along the N2 towards Victoria Bay from the Garden Route mall (5 minutes away) on a smallholding. The atmosphere is relaxed, there are other houses on the property and safety for your vehicle is secured as the entire smallholding is fenced. Looking at the photos you can see the layout of the home, it is neat and there are no steps in case access is a problem for you. The rent includes services (water and electricity included) and internet connection. The kitchen is suitable for your use too, it is functional with everything you will need. If you do prefer your own meals and would like to buy from surrounding outlets there are a variety of options for you. Otherwise you are welcome to cook your own meals, or we can make an arrangement to share the additional expense as we do cook proper meals every evening and your meal can be included. The room is available immediately and we need to you to secure the room as soon as possible please? We look forward to meeting you and we know that you too will appreciate a quality of living in a setting where you will be enjoying good conversation, your privacy being of utmost importance.

We are two professional males and we have one small dog, she lives in the home too. The arrangement is organized and you will feel welcome as a professional person as we are very easy going.
