The apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to a very high standard, with a modern open-plan kitchen and living area, plenty of natural light, with Signal Hill, Lion’s Head and Table Mountain View’s, a separate office/workspace that is available for shared use. The home also has in-unit laundry and reliable Wi-Fi.

The location is ideal for enjoying Sea Point on foot, with the promenade, shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms and other amenities all short walking distance away.

I am looking for someone responsible preferably an expat or international professional, who is looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home in Cape Town rather than a typical shared accommodation setup. The room is fully furnished with ample closet space and has its own private bathroom.

Rent is R25,000 per month, excluding electricity, which will be shared. A secure parking bay is also available for rent separately.

I am looking for someone respectful, clean, considerate and financially responsible who will treat the home as their own.

I lived internationally in a few countries for many years before I settled here in Cape Town so I’m very comfortable living with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I currently work in the airline industry, which means I travel quite a bit and have a fairly independent lifestyle.

I’m easygoing, respectful and sociable, but I also value privacy and having a peaceful, clean and well-kept home. This is very important for me. I enjoy cooking, Pilates, travelling and spending time with friends, but I’m certainly not someone who is looking for a party house.

I’ve put a lot of time and care into creating a beautiful home, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a nice living environment and will treat the apartment with the same respect. I’m happy to share the occasional meal or glass of wine, but I also understand that everyone needs their own space.

Ideally, I’d like to find someone who is mature, considerate, clean and financially responsible, and who is looking for a comfortable home in Cape Town rather than simply a place to sleep.
