The room is furnished and the double bed, as in the picture can be swapped out for a single or 3 quater to provide more space for a desk and chair. Internet connected smart TV with a HDMI input that you can connect your laptop to and WiFi is included.

You have access to your own fridge in the shared kitchen. Bring your own bedding OR we can supply. The room is cleaned and bedding is washed once a week as part of the service.

Fair usage of the washing machine is allowed and is paid for at R20 per load. There are washing lines in the shared courtyard to hang your cloths. There is also a laundry service within walking distance.

The House(cottage) is situated in a secure and very popular complex. There are two swimming pools for your use and lots of green space to walk around in.

Very close to MiCity bus stops and Circle centre with a P&P, is in easy walking distance. A short drive and you are at Bloubergstrand Beach.

You are welcome to have vistors limited to two, and no sleepovers allowed.

We are a couple in our 50’s and both working from home. We love our little female Jack Russel so our potential Roomy must be a dog person.

Wife enjoys knitting and doing crafts. Hubby enjoys all thing related to tech and dabbles in carpentry and an all-round handyman.
