Blouberg, Western Cape 7441

Two bedroom, fully furnished apartment, located on Parklands main road, across the new Checkers. The kitchen is open plan with a living room that leads to a balcony. The complex is gated, with security. The second bedroom already has a bed, so it’s an easy move.

The shared apartment has a comfortable living area and kitchen, with the available bedroom offering a private space that you can make your own. The apartment is partially furnished, so you would only need to furnish your bedroom.

Ashwood Park is conveniently situated along Parklands Main Road, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants and other everyday amenities. The complex is also close to MyCiTi public transport routes, making commuting convenient. You’ll be close to shopping and lifestyle options including Parklands Lifestyle Centre, Parklands Mall and Sandown Retail Crossing, with Blouberg’s beaches also within easy reach.

I am a friendly, easy going, 29 year old male. I am also a young professional, who works fully remote, except for the rare occasion that I go to the office. I enjoy a bottle of wine at the end of the day and I listen to a lot of RnB.

Generally, I appreciate a respectful, clean, and considerate roommate, that is comfortable sharing a home while also respecting each other’s privacy and routines. Since I work from home, a peaceful environment during working hours is appreciated.

The home is relaxed and welcoming, with a good balance between having your own space and being able to socialise and share the occasional meal or chat.
