The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable living. The shared living areas include a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a couch and TV, and all essential kitchen appliances and items.
The available bedroom is currently unfurnished, so the roommate would need to provide their own bed and any other bedroom furniture they may need.
Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rent of R8,000. Other utilities are not included.
The estate has 24-hour security and offers fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse and braai facilities.
A monthly deep clean/spring clean will be arranged for the apartment. The cost is R350 per month, split between the two of us, so your contribution would be R175 per month.
The apartment is pet-free, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. I am 420-friendly, but smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
