It’s an unfurnished loft/studio apartment, so you won’t have to share it with anyone. The unit is small, able to fit a double bed in the loft area and enough space for a small couch/table and some plants. It comes with a bar fridge. The bathroom has a shower, no bathtub, and the kitchen has a two-plate stove, no oven.
Costs: R4300 - Rent R1200 - Water, electricity and sanitation (Since it’s a lease takeover, a deposit and application fee will be required by the landlord)
Other information: Fibre ready. Biometric access controlled. Borehole on site. Open parking available. Cool neighbours, not noisy lol.
