About the room

Hi there! I’m looking for a flatmate to share this lovely apartment with me in Sea Point☀️

The apartment in general has a bright, airy vibe, amazing views of Lion’s Head every day, and the apartment complex is also very well maintained. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered balcony area which gets really great sunset light.

The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful (a luxury in Sea Point), but a 5 min walk from the Promenade and Sea Point vibe.

The place is originally unfurnished so you would need to furnish your room and ideally also be willing to contribute some furniture to the space, since my current roommate will be taking her things.

About the roomies

You would be sharing the apartment with me. I am 27, currently working full-time. I work hybrid, so some days I’m at home most of the day. Other than that, I like to hike, gym and love a good prom walk. Also always down for a good drink🍹Ideally looking for someone who is relaxed and clean.
