I have a bedroom with own private bathroom available inside my spacious, quiet home for one person, for a minimum period of 6 months or longer as required. It is available to a single, full-time working female or a single female student, of sober habits who does not smoke at all a appreciates privacy, safety, and a peaceful lifestyle. It would ideally suit a female who works or studies away from home during the day and enjoys a quiet, private home environment in the evenings. THE HOME The house is quiet, with myself as the only occupant. There are no children, and I have two cats living with me, note if you have cat allergies. The house is situated in a peaceful area in Wellway Park East, Durbanville, within approximately 10 minutes’ walking distance of the nearest shopping centre and less than 10 minutes’ drive from the town centre and Mediclinic Durbanville. The house is very well secured, providing a safe and peaceful environment.
