Furnished Room to Rent – Tableview Comfortable, fully furnished private room available in our peaceful home in a leafy, quiet area of Tableview, with easy access to the West Coast Road and major highways. The room has a queen bed, desk, small kitchenette, private entrance and private bathroom. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster and kettle for preparing/ heating simple meals. Wi-Fi, water and electricity are included, subject to reasonable use. We have three very friendly dogs, so you must be comfortable around dogs. The room has its own entrance from the covered patio and you will not need to go through the main house. Ideal for a single working professional of sober habits looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay for 1–12 months. There is no access to the main kitchen or washing machine, and there is no parking on the property, but street parking is available directly outside. Important: As this is our home, we have a strict no-visitors/overnight-visitors policy. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas. ID and proof of income are required. You will be staying my husband and I, and our 3 lovely, friendly dogs. We are in the 40-50 age group (but we are young at heart!) We are very friendly, helpful and approachable – but we also value everyone having their own space and privacy.
