Greetings, I need someone to take over my bachelor flat lease at The Apollo Apartments at Sunninghill, Sandton from the 1st October.

Monthly rent is R6500 per month excluding electricity (monthly utilities are approximately R750 per month)

• Next door to The Core Shopping centre and less than 5 minutes drive away from Sunninghill Village Shopping Centre, Chilli Lane Shopping Centre, Sunhill Centre, etc… • 1 minute drive away from Netcare Suninghill Hospital

N.B: 6500 deposit will be required, however it can be split into 2 payments to make deposit payment more convenient/flexible.

‼️PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN BELOW THE AGE OF 13 AREN’T ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE PREMISES AND ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN A BACHELOR FLAT‼️
